Improve the HELP menu. There is little information about how to use this application or explanations about the toolbars etc

Got sidetracked while leaving feedback so may have already mentioned the lack of a decent Help menu. sorry if this is the case.

There is a reasonable help section and FAQ's over on the developers site, but it still isn't comprehensive enough for my liking. :)
