Get the Registration process changed with just a Serial Key Unlock with no Internet Connection.

It's nice just to have a serial key unlock as things change in people's lives such as unfore seen bills and such, people do not always have an internet connection. If someone purchase a program it should register and run on their computer regardless if they have an internet connection or not. People pay for for the programs and should not have any extra added cost. ( Example an internet connection to have a fullly fuctional program that has been purchased.)
